Before & After

Adam and I bought our house about 6 years ago and it was definitely a fixer upper. We have totally remodeled the inside making it go from a 3 bed 2 bath upstairs to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The basement stills needs to be finished and I am hoping to do that sometime in the near future, when the budget allows! It has been a lot of fun and a great experience for the both of us. Adam is so handy and knows how to do everything and is willing to take things on and try. I love it. We didn't get pictures of the inside, but we just recently finished the exterior of the house. You'll have to use your imagination on the yard. Just picture it with dead grass, no sidewalk to the front door, no flowerbeds, just those bushes that have tons of spiderwebs in them and they were along the front of the house.

I took this picture in March so I have no flowers or anything, but I wanted to get a before picture of the exterior since I didn't of the interior.


AFTER.....

Isn't it amazing. I don't know if the pictures do it good, but it looks amazing We stuccoed the exterior over the wood panel crap that was there, we got all new soffit, facia, and raingutter, Adam re-did the green posts and wrapped them in wood and we stained them and then he made the shutters. I painted the front door. We got new windows a year or so ago and we totally re-did the entire yard. It has been so much work, but a lot of fun and what a sense of accomplishment. Adam and I have always said that we aren't going to stay here forever, but it would be hard to move after all this hardwork! I love it.
