Waylon's New Trick!

I can't believe my baby is going on 5 months! He is so much fun. He is such a good baby. We are still trying to get him over the crud that has been going around, but he is starting to feel so much better and is so happy. We love him at our house. He gets lots of love and tons of attention. Someone is always willing to entertain him and keep him happy! He is getting to be quite spoiled!

We are loving the new trick he has of sucking on his toes. It's so funny. He is starting to roll over a ton and moves everywhere! He is getting so big! Love you Waylon!

Graduation!

Ike had his preschool graduation today. He was so cute. He doesn't like to be in the spotlight. He was a little shy at first and didn't really like me taking pictures, but tolerated it. He was so cute! I can't believe he is going to be in kindergarten this coming year. I am so excited for him!

When we got home Cal wanted to try on the graduation hat! He was showing a little more excitement about it then Ike did! What a kid!

Ike turns Five!

As I am posting this I am really sad that I didn't take more pictures (surprise)! Ike turned 5 this month. He is such a great kid. I love this little guy so much! He is amazing. He has the biggest heart and is always so loving and compassionate. He is so creative and has a great imagination. He loves his little brothers and is such a good big brother. I love to see him interact with Cal and Waylon. He loves them both so much. He is always willing to help me out and loves to work with dad. His dad is by far, his best friend. He adores him and loves to spend time with him. They are the best of buds!
This year for Ike's birthday he wanted to have an all boy party. He has about 8 boys in his preschool class that we invited for a party at our house. Can I just say, WILD! (hence the reason for no pictures) it was pure chaos! We had about 10 little 5 year olds all over the place. They were all so excited and had so much fun, but it was crazy! We had so much fun though.
Ike wanted to have a pirate theme (surprise, surprise) and make his own cake. He had it all planned out. We made the cake on Sunday to celebrate with the Olson clan and it was hit, so we did it again for the friend party. We had a sparkler in there to add a little cannon ball action on the cake. It was so much fun. Ike loved it all. He got LOTS of fun gifts and had such a fun time with all of his friends. I loved seeing him interact with the boys and to see what a good friend he is and how well he got a long with them all. It was a really proud mom moment!

Ike has been waiting for the Pirates of the Caribbean 4 to come out and it happen to come to the theater the weekend after his birthday. We ventured out with the family and had such a fun time. The boys loved it. Ike and Cal were so excited. When it was over Cal wanted to watch it again! It was a lot of fun! We love you Big Ike!
