Valentines Day

Jane and I got surprised by some flowers in the mail from our Valentine! We love our Dad! It was so exciting and they are beautiful. They lasted a long time too!

We had our traditional sugar cookie making at Grandma O's house on Valentines! The kids love to make cookies and decorate. Grandma O let's them do it all!

Thanks for the great Valentines Day! I love all my sweethearts!

Fish Lake

Adam took the kids ice fishing with some friends. They had a blast. They came back a little sun burnt, but no one complained. They caught tons of fish and had so much fun with dad. Here are the boys ready to go. It was a little cold to start out, but warmed up. A beautiful day to fish! The kids have been looking forward to this day!

Ike was so excited. He was one of the first ones to catch a fish. He was so excited. Then he kept on catching them all day long. I guess, Jane didn't get one for a while and was getting a little discouraged, but everyone ended up catching plenty of fish!

Right off the bat Cal had to go potty. He was running around in a circle in the snow saying dad I got to go potty. Adam wasn't quick enough and Cal peed his pants. Good thing he had extra!

Rub-A-Dub............

cute Waylon in the tub! Bath time is always such a chore. The kids all want to help and be right in there with him. He usually puts up with it for the most part. He is getting to where he is actually enjoying the tub. But....the new love is.........

Snuggling!

I couldn't believe it, but he fell asleep! He loved the shower with dad! He is so cute and has been a lot of fun! He is feeling a ton better and we are getting rid of the yuck at our house finally! I got him nasal suctioned out the other night and he is doing so much better. You can't hear the congestion any longer and he is sleeping and eating great! I think we made it through the rsv, let's just hope he keeps getting better!

RSV REALLY?!

I took Waylon to the Doctor this afternoon and we do have RSV. Poor little thing. He got sick on Friday and has a little cough and is so congested. The Doctor said that he is very mild, but it's only day 4 and it tends to peak at day 5 to 7 and gets worse before better. I feel so bad for him. The doctor gave me a Rx for a respiratory clinic at the AF Hospital that I can go to when he gets worse and get him suctioned out. He said he hopes I don't have to do it, but I might. I remember going through this with Calin. He was just little and I had to take him in to the ER and they suctioned him out and after that he felt so much better. I'm hoping little Waylon hangs in there. He has been really good, but I feel so bad for him. Wish us luck!

4 weeks Old

How time flies! We are adjusting to having Waylon at home. We don't get much sleep and we are always busy, but I can't imagine life without him. He is one loved little man! He is growing so much and such a happy baby!

Reese and Waylon

I finally got to see my new niece, Reese Morgan Shelton. Travis and Shunae had their beautiful baby girl on December 20th. She is such a doll. I had sick kids and bad weather and wasn't able to get to see Reese. Then I had Waylon 9 days later and wasn't able to go anywhere. Finally Travis and Shunae came down to visit and we both got to see each others new babies. They are 9 days apart and both so dang cute. It's going to be fun to have babies the same age.

Thank heavens they are both really mellow babies. We both needed them. I didn't realize how small Waylon's head is, but next to Reese it looks tiny.

6 lbs. 12 oz. (gaining weight like crazy)
19 3/4 inches (growing like a weed)
Happy and Healthy!
