Our Soccer Star!

Jane just started soccer and absolutely loves it. She is really good and got right after it. I could not believe it. She was not timid one bit. She got right in there and kicked for all she was worth. She was so cute and of course the tiniest one out there. She even got to be the goalie. Her favorite part of soccer was running after the ball and kicking it.

She had the best cheering section as well. I didn't get pictures of everyone, but here are Amy and Joe. It was freezing cold. Thanks for coming guys. Grandma and Grandpa O, Adam, Me and the boys. Go Jane!

Cheering her on and freezing!

Ike freezing!

Way to go Jane!

Coming in for a break. When she'd come out she would say that she had a side ache and her throat hurt, it was because she was constantly running out there.

The big kick!

Warm ups.

She is in soccer with her good friend Ellie. They were hilarious out there. At first they would just follow each other around and then they got the idea of running after the ball. It was darling. I couldn't believe how cold it was though. Jane was a trooper. Don't you love the shorts over her sweats look. That's our Jane!

She can't wait until next week for another game! I'm hoping it's warmer!

seriously what is UP with this weather? She is so cute! Hey, do they have AYSO soccer here in UT? Or do you just have to do it through the city rec centers?
She is SO cute and looks all bundled up nice. Way to go after the ball! Sometimes it is hard to do that!

Great job Jane! It looks like you really enjoyed yourself out there. Amy told me how good you can run after the ball and kick it. We can't wait to come to a game and cheer you on!

How fun. Wish I could have been there even though it was cold. Tell her good luck for next week.
