I can't believe my baby is one year's old. Today Calin turns one and I am so excited. He has been the best little boy in the world. I am so grateful for him and to have him in our family. He is so easy going and full of fun. He is growing up and has such a cute personality, as you can tell from these pictures of him. I am a proud mom today! I love you Cal!
He is getting big enough now that he can play with Ike and Jane. He wants whatever they want and he can throw a pretty good fit when he doesn't get it. He is all over the place and all boy. We are celebrating his birthday on Saturday, when hopefully his dad will be home from hunting!
Aunt Katie is always on the ball and thinks of the cutest gifts for us. She gave these to Cal for his birthday awhile ago so we could get some use out of them. The cute thing about these, they squeak when he walks. He loves them and wears them everywhere. Now that he is walking it's so much fun and I can always hear him and where he is at. Thanks Kate!

He is SUCH an adorable little boy! I dreaded Ava walking at first but then quickly decided it's much easier and I love it. I can also totally relate to you on the guys always being gone hunting. It sounds like Adam and Jake have a lot in common in that area :).
