Bear Lake 2014

We had so much fun at Bear Lake this year with the Shelton Family!  We stayed in an awesome cabin with a hot tub and had so much fun!
The kids loved the hot tub!

We went to the pickelville theater to watch Who Shot Juanito Bandito?
It was hilarious!  Lots of laughs!

Adam and Waylon stayed back with Travis and Kimball for a nap!

We spent lots of hours on the beach!  We rented paddle boards and Travis brought his jet ski!  Marcia sported her giant hat on the beach!

Gettin' Hay

Love this picture of my beautiful girl out in Vernon getting hay with her dad!  She has been doing this since she was tiny!  Just a little throw back to when she was one and had a blast getting hay!

FHE at the cabin

We had so much fun at Great Grandpa Ike and Carol's cabin for FHE!  We ate pizza and helped grandpa mow the lawn and rake leaves.  We love the time we get to spend with these two great people.  We have learned so much from both of them.

Uncle Zach even gave us a surprise visit!  He just moved back from Vegas!

Thanks Grandpa Ike and Carol!

Pack Trip

I got to go on my first pack trip with Adam this year.  We went to Henry's Fork.  It was so much fun!  We went with Jake and Shalena who need the area and had such a great time.

She came right in to camp.  We saw a couple moose, deer, and goats.

 Feeding the horses.

We went on a hike up these huge boulders to a few different lakes and a waterfall.

 We caught lots of fish!

 We ate yummy food.

It was a lot of fun and something I hope we can do again soon!  It was so beautiful and the weather was just perfect.  Adam took such great care of me and made sure I had warm stuff.  It was a fun weekend getaway!

First Day of School

First day of 3rd grade at a new school.  He was super excited and needed a haircut.  We are starting year round school.  We start earlier in the summer but get breaks throughout the year.  Ike is super smart and such a great student and friend.  He has Mrs. Martin and I know will make lots of friends this year!

I seriously can't believe that this girl is going into 5th grade.  Look out Mr. Patrick.  Another year with a male teacher.  3rd year in a row.  Hopefully it's as good as last year!

Calin is in 1st grade.  He can't believe he has to go ALL day long.  He said, "it's going to be a long one."  He has Mrs. Nelson this year!

One of my favorite times of the day!  Walking home from school!

Waylon loves meeting the kids on the road home!  He loves walking Pearl to get the kids!

New Kittens

We moved in to our new house with a barn and field and needed a few mousers.  Our cat that we have had for years, ran away when we moved.  We are so sad and hoping she will show up one day!
But in the mean time we got two new kittens.  Batman and Robin!  They are the best kittens ever.  They are super lovable and the kids love them.  They get plenty of love all day everyday!

Parades

Adam got asked from our Stake to ride the stake float for a couple of parades.  One being the days of 47 parade!  He had a little cheering crowd!

 Adam was Porter Rockwell!

I didn't attempt the days of 47 parade.  I dropped him off downtown at 6:30 am came home and watched him on tv and then went back to get him at like 1pm.  It was a long day for him, but he did such a great job!
