The Muddy!

We spent this last week at our favorite place, The Muddy! It was so much fun and so relaxing. The kids had the time of their lives and so did Adam and I. It was just Adam and I and our kids and Grandpa O at The Muddy! Thanks for the fun time!

My Cowboy! I love this man! He really took care of me this trip, he let me read my books and sleep a lot! I love you Adam! We had a great time and I feel so lucky to be married to him! He is truly the most amazing man out there! Love you babe!

Cowboy Cal and Grandpa O!

Ike did so good riding the horses. I was really nervous about it. He was riding all by himself on his horse and was so proud. He did great and is getting so grown up!

My little cowgirl! She amazes me. She loves to ride the horses and rode Linda all alone. I was so nervous for her, but she did great. The horse did awesome and she could lead it and everything. She got it to go in the water and did just perfect. She is a amazing little girl. She has so much determination and wants to try and do everything. I'm proud of her!

The outhouse!

Fallin' asleep on the horse!

Cal played in the water, NAKED! It was darling!

How do you NOT think that little bum is darling!?

The horses in the river. They were splashing so hard and the kids loved it! It was cute!

Cal loved the dogs!

We got to shoot guns and Jane and Ike loved it.

For our sword lover Grandpa got him a real sword!
(I know a little dangerous!)

The Carny

We ventured to the great Steel Days Carnival this week. It was a lot of fun and the kids had such a great time. We went with some friends, which made it even more fun. Thanks girls.

Jane was so brave and wanted to ride the big rides. I was afraid I'd get to sick so she had to do it alone. I was really proud of her and she loved it.

What a fun day!

Obession with Pirates.....

As you may know from previous posts, my kids absolutely love pirates. From Captain Jack Sparrow to Captain Hook! They love pirates. They love being and playing pirates. It has been so much fun to see their imaginations and the things they come up with. Usually they can get dad and grandpa on board and this is the latest pirate obsession at our house.
The Pirate Ship

They've thought of everything. It has a plank, cannon's, telescope, steering wheel, anchor, flag pole (the flag has been ordered), and much more they have imagined.

This one calls himself, Peter Pan!

The crew.

Walkin' the plank

It's been so fun!

4th of July 2010

(finished product)

We actually didn't do much for the 4th of July this year and it was nice. It seemed like a really long weekend, but I guess I shouldn't complain. It was nice to get things done. We finally got Pearl's dog kennel all set up and perfect. Those were the only picture I took of the 4th this year. We did got to the Olson's for a great BBQ and awesome fireworks from Amy and Aaron, but I, of course, didn't take any pictures. Way to go Julie! Here are the pictures I did take!
